Furthermore, a host of other extras can sometimes be incorporated – usually at reasonable extra cost - depending upon build stage and technical constraints. Once the purchase has been legally completed, the sales negotiator will guide the customer through their house or apartment, explaining the functioning of all of the services, and providing an opportunity for the customer to inspect their new home. The service does not end here, as there will usually be a sales presence on site for some time after the majority of customers move in, so help is always close to hand!
