Location
Take the B3137 from Tiverton or South Molton towards Witheridge for about
10 miles. Continue along the main road (Fore Street) and turn into Chapple
Road. Take first right into Brooke Road and continue along this road until
it bears right, when you should take the left turn into Broomhouse Lane.
