Meet the Team

David is a Chartered Accountant and worked for BET plc and the British Technology Group before entering parliament. He was a government minister for eight years, serving in the Foreign Office and as Paymaster General in the Treasury. David has been a director of LDT since its formation, and nonexecutive chairman since 2006.

Angus has over 20 years’ experience in residential property development, specialising in land acquisition and planning. Formerly at Bewley Homes, he has also held senior roles at Barratt Homes, Taylor Woodrow, Charles Church and Berkeley Homes. Angus joined the company in 2021 as Managing Director and is responsible for overseeing operations from land purchase through to customer service.

Owen has 25 years financial management experience in commercial and residential property development, management and investment. He has a BA Joint Hons in Law and History and is a Fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants.

As a non-executive Director Guy brings a wealth of experience to the board which extends from land purchase through to construction. Guy founded Devonshire Homes in 1992 and has remained on the board since LDT acquired the business.

Jane has over 30 years experience in property development. She joined the company in 2009 as Head of Sales and Marketing and was made a Director in 2015. Responsible for the site sales teams and the marketing and PR for the company.

Paul joined Devonshire Homes in February 2022 and brought 37 years of experience with him. He trained as a Carpenter and worked his way up through the ranks to become a Construction Director. Responsibilities now include all aspects of construction on site, Health & Safety and Customer Service
