New Sales Manager appointed at Devonshire Homes
19 June 2019West Country house builder Devonshire Homes has appointed a new Sales Manager as its portfolio of sites continues to grow. Lynsey Carroll will oversee the sales team at the firm, which is based in Tiverton and has been building homes across the South West since 1992.
Lynsey joins from Linden Homes and with over six years in the housing and construction industry, she has a breadth of experience working with large developers and estate agencies. Starting her career in a small independent agency, Lynsey’s deep understanding of the market began when selling new build apartments for a major developer and her passion for property grew from there.
At Devonshire Homes, Lynsey will manage a team of six Sales Executives, taking responsibility for driving forward sales and assisting with the smooth operation of customers buying journey.
