Apartments Release Weekend at Old Mill Court

Devonshire Homes will be releasing the first apartments at Old Mill Court on 3rd and 4th October.

Award winning local house builder Devonshire Homes will be releasing the first apartments on 3rd and 4th October at Old Mill Court, Tiverton.


The release of the apartments coincides with the start of construction on the small block which consists of just 10 apartments, it is currently anticipated that the first completion should be at the end of May 2010.  To celebrate the release of the much anticipated apartments Devonshire Homes invites any interested party to visit the sales office and view the plans whilst enjoying a glass of wine and some canapes.



A limited number of apartments will be released for sale and anyone interested is encourgaed to attend to ensure they have the first opportunity of securing an apartment.



In addition to the apartments Old Mill Court has a number of town houses available, this includes a stunning showhome, for those looking for an alternative to apartment living.



Old Mill Court is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and in close proximity to the M5.
