Devonshire Homes are delighted to welcome Madeleine and Alec Leggett to their new home at Oystercatcher Court in Shaldon.
Steve Taylor, Construction Director and Neil Elston, on site Sales Executive for Devonshire Homes at Oystercatcher Court, handed over a hamper and a complementary voucher for The Ode Bistro in Shaldon to Mr & Mrs Leggett.
Madeleine and Alec purchased a spacious open plan 3 bedroom house (Estuary design) on the scheme and commented "we are delighted with our new home and looking forward to settling in at Oystercatcher Court, the open plan living area will allow us to entertain friends and family! We reserved our property early in the build stage which meant we were able to make our own choices throughout, this included our kitchen which has a very modern feel to compliment our new home".
Mr & Mrs Leggett have lived in the local area for many years and are actively involved in the community, Mr Leggett is the president of Teignmouth FC and both are active members of Shaldon Bowling Club.
Oystercatcher Court is located in the heart of Shaldon and within walking distance of the beach. With a host of local shops and successful primary school Shaldon has a thriving and vibrant community.
