Open all Bank Holiday Weekend!

Devonshire Homes invite you to visit any of their sales centres this Spring Bank Holiday Weekend



All sales centres will be open as normal throughout the weekend giving you the flexibility to look for your new home (please check individual offices for opening days).

Each of our current developments has something different to offer.  It may be you are looking for a coastal location, if so Oystercatcher Court at Shaldon may be the scheme for you.  For those looking for a rural residence our development at Witheridge could be of interest to you.  If you prefer to be closer to a town we have two schemes available in Tiverton; Moorhayes Park, which has an extensive portfolio ranging from one bedroom apartments through to four bedroom detached executive homes; alternatively we have Old Mill Court which is within walking distance of the town centre and has apartments and townhouses available.  Please check individual developments for current availability.

If you visit any of our sales offices this weekend and go onto reserve and complete on a new Devonshire Home we will include fitted carpets throughout as part of the sale. (all carpets are from a nominated supplier and will be fitted on completion)

Whatever your requirements talk to one of experienced sales executives, all sales centres are open from 10.00am-5.00pm daily over the Bank Holiday Weekend (the exception is Witheridge which is not open on Saturday or Sunday).
