Raffle Winner Announced!

Devonshire Homes have drawn the customer satisfaction survey winner.



All purchasers that completed and returned their customer satisfaction survey form were entered into a free raffle.  Every home owner is given the form with their handover pack on completion of their new Devonshire home. The feedback gained is valuable to Devonshire Homes and ensures we monitor the results and use the findings as we go forward.

The raffle took place on Thursday 16th December in the sales office at Moorhayes Park and the winning ticket was drawn by Lesley Marshalll, Financial Advisor.  The lucky winners were Dr & Dr Baker who had purchased a new home at Moorhayes Park.

Lesley Marshall has worked with a number of purchasers over various developments to assist in mortgage applications, this year has proved to be particularly difficult for First Time Buyers.  Devonshire Homes and Lesley have worked closely to overcome this issue and a number of shared equity deals were secured to ensure First Time Buyers were able to get onto the property ladder at Moorhayes Park.
