Show Apartment Opens!

Award winning local house builder Devonshire Homes are delighted to announce the opening of their show apartment on 6th August.

To celebrate this will be holding an open weekend on 7th & 8th August at Old Milll Court, Tiverton and you are invited to view the apartment over the weekend at your leisure and to also enjoy some fresh strawberries & Cream with a glass of wine.

In addition to the apartments Old Mill Court has a number of houses which will be completed in early 2011; plans will be available to view.

Old Mill Court is a small development of just 23 private homes all of which are built to a high quality specification and are architecturally striking.  The development includes 10 apartments and 13 houses; many of which are individual in style and design.  The apartments released for sale are spacious and come with allocated parking which is a premium.
